4) Orders & Payment

  • By submitting an order, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge the selected payment method.
  • Orders are accepted upon confirmation email. We may cancel or refund an order if we detect error, unavailability, or suspected misuse.
  • We do not store full card details; payments are processed by secure third-party gateways.

5) Shipping, Delivery & Risk

  • Shipping options, charges, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide.
  • For international shipments, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees where applicable.

6) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

7) Promotions & Gift Cards

  • Promo codes are single-use unless stated, may not be combined, and are valid only during the stated period.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and redeemable only through our Site, subject to applicable law.

8) User Content & Reviews

  • By submitting reviews, images, or comments, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display such content on the Site and our channels.
  • You must not post unlawful, infringing, misleading, or offensive content.

15) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE. If you are a consumer, you may have rights to bring a claim in your local courts where required by law.

16) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
