1) Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
  • Edits or address changes are possible before dispatch—email support@asberyl.com with your order number.

2) Where We Ship

  • United Arab Emirates: Nationwide delivery via trusted courier partners.
  • GCC & International: Selected destinations (subject to carrier serviceability). Duties/taxes may apply—see Section 7.

3) Delivery Timeframes (Estimated)

  • UAE Standard: 2–4 business days from dispatch.
  • UAE Express (if available): 1–2 business days from dispatch.
  • GCC: 3–7 business days from dispatch.
  • International: 5–10 business days from dispatch.

Note: These are estimates provided by carriers. Weather, peak seasons, customs, or remote locations may cause delays.

4) Shipping Fees

  • Real-time rates are shown at checkout based on destination, weight, and service selected.
  • Free shipping threshold: On orders above AED 150 within UAE & On orders above AED 300 Internationally.
  • Any express or special delivery options are billed as shown at checkout.

5) Tracking & Delivery Attempts

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS.
  • Couriers typically make two delivery attempts. If undelivered, the parcel may be returned to us; re-delivery charges may apply.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the parcel if required.

6) Split Shipments & Pre-Orders

  • For faster service, items may ship separately at no extra cost—each shipment will have its own tracking.
  • Pre-orders: Orders containing pre-order items dispatch when stock arrives (dates shown on the product page). If you need in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

7) Customs, Duties & Taxes (Non-UAE)

For shipments outside the UAE, local customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot control these charges or predict their amount. Refusal to pay may result in the package being returned or abandoned by the carrier; shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.

8) Address Accuracy

Please enter your shipping details carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an addressing issue, re-shipping fees will apply.

9) Lost, Missing, or Damaged Parcels

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item so we can file a claim and assist with a replacement/refund as applicable.
  • If your package shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it, first check with household members/building security and your neighbor, and confirm the address with the courier. If still unresolved, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

10) Unclaimed or Refused Deliveries

Orders returned as unclaimed or refused may be refunded excluding original shipping and return charges. Re-shipping can be arranged once additional shipping fees are paid.
